Apparently, a drunk driver was driving in the ditch on the side of the road and hit some sort of utility line according to people on the scene. The driver and question took off after stopping his car.
Police are still there though
I have not heard anything on if they have found the guy yet
Couldn't see much but Smokey Row S is closed between Sawbury Blvd and Billingsley. Multiple police cars.
