1931. Go ahead. A suspicious person in progress on the 35th and Frost Drive on the northbound. Caller lives in the area, says that there's two 20-year-old individuals. One's a black male, black hoodie, jeans. Second one's a white male, thin, bald, with all black clothing. Unknown to a 19-10-4 weapons. They're carrying a duffel bag around and loitering.
