A run just occurred, North 32nd and R Robert. Caller, Richard Hatcliffe, Black male, 28, 1992, was in a black GMC Sierra that was hit by a gold Hyundai. The PR left and caller followed her to this location. They are both now stopped here at 32nd and R. Apparently the PR is Evelyn Hernandez.
