Address is 4108 East 78th Street. That's 4108 East 78th. Caller says that a resident at that location just moved and it should be empty. Says that the home was just sold and there is a silver pickup truck in the driveway with possibly two Black males. Says that they yanked the window open and it happened about two minutes ago. Possibly the back window just before the garage. CAD is 50.
