It's a 647 at 810 East Glendale at the Safeway. White female, 30s, heavy set, large black t-shirt, loose black shorts, flip-flops, possibly on 237 David. Seemed like she was holding something under her shirt. Seems scared of a black male, 30s, medium build, black hooded jeans, no known weapons, backpack with a shark. He appears to be demanding money from her. They were going in and out of the store. Thinks subject was possibly her dealer. No one for contact at 1736. Is there a backup to follow?
