Ladder 20 to alarm. Ladder 20. Can you notify PD that we've got a three-vehicle accident? We've got a car blocking one lane of traffic on 7th Street, north and south. And then all traffic east and west is being restricted by a car that's on its roof. We're going to have to expedite for traffic control at the very least. Copy, Ladder 21, advise PD of a three-vehicle accident. One car is blocking.
