Anonymous complainant advised there's a house on the west side of 9400 Block of Bay Drive on a construction that there was a black truck and a white minivan at. He thinks they were either doing late construction work after hours or stealing destruction material. They left, is reporting it. He does not want to be contacted. He wants someone to check the property out. He just ignored the exact address on the property.
