Black-colored shorts and no shoes, walking northbound in the 9300 block of Byron Avenue with a two to five minute time delay, that he has previously seen looking into cars and attempting to open car doors. Today, just see him walking in the middle of the roadway. We saw him in the 9300 block of Byron Avenue northbound.
