Regardless of what agency they work for, they were all incredibly nice. I stood out there and talked to them for a few minutes,asked some questions, and they were nothing but polite. But you are correct, they worked fast and cleared the road in no time.
This was definitely not Phx PD. I drove by during this and they had the most generic Police decals and they were packed up and completely gone within 10 minutes of this video getting posted.
They deployed the grappler and in the video they were removing the tire so they could remove the grappler, then they replaced the tire and there's no damage to the vehicle.
Why does it look like they're fixing a flat tire?? Lol
