@thats_az Many of these older homes in Phoenix (including mine), have Zinsco electrical panels which are a fire hazard and need to be replaced. I just had an electrical issue this weekend that’s how I found out I have one. Someone is coming out to change the one breaker today but I’m hoping they recommend to my property management company to replace the entire thing! I pray all people and pets are out and safe!
Yes this! We just had electrician out yesterday He's going to be doing the same.
Hope there were no pets trapped 😔

I just had an electrical issue this weekend that’s how I found out I have one. Someone is coming out to change the one breaker today but I’m hoping they recommend to my property management company to replace the entire thing! I pray all people and pets are out and safe!
