Fork and Fire, 838 Farm to Knapp. We'll actually call it the Epicure Plaza. The caller is the manager of Fork and Fire. Reporting there's a male Hispanic 5'6", and a female Hispanic 5'2", with her hood up in the back corner of the parking lot by the wood line, leaning up against our red sedan. She thought it was weird that they were hanging out in the parking lot. She asked what they were doing. They said they do it all the time.
