We're ready to go to the 10-30 complaint. 15 Highland Street. It was a Black male in his 30s who was wandering around the front of the building, stood in the lobby for a bit. He was last seen walking towards Farmington Ave, blue jacket and jeans. His complainant called back, said that there was another resident walking around outside in front of the building. 10-4. I guess that other resident saw him walking around.
