Our complainant's hearing banging noises coming from a house that's under construction. Saying this is strange because they normally don't work this late. They did see a subject carrying a flashlight. It's possibly a white male or Hispanic male wearing a red-orange long-sleeved shirt. And our complainant can no longer see that male.
