Units be advised, a reckless driver, 38th Avenue North and MLK Junior Street North. That's 38th and MLK. Vehicle was last seen westbound on 38th North. It's going to be a red Dodge Ram bearing Florida tags, Bravo, Romeo, 86, Kilo, Zulu. That vehicle was driven in and out of lanes and then stopped at a red light. The light cycled twice and the vehicle continued westbound. Time delay of three minutes. No further. We'll pass along D3 at 2040.
