Larceny at 1800 Monticello Road, the beauty station, Monticello Road. Caller's stating that a female came to the register with a lot of change, was told the store could not take more than $3 in change. She left the $3 in change and walked out with her items that were more than $3. She walked out towards the right of the store, not sure the direction of travel from there. It's going to be a white female, 35, wearing a gray shirt and shorts, about 5'4 in height, and she had a brown ponytail.
