AEC CC 141, priority 2 motor vehicle crash. 1481. The priority 2 motor vehicle crash in the area of Elliott and Monticello. Elliott and Monticello. We've gotten two callers. The first stating that a car was speeding and crashed into a median. Occurred three minutes ago, was uncooperative and disconnected. We now have a second caller stating that the car has hit a barrier. We're still getting further from that caller. 1413.
