Adam 4 and 6, 900 East Michigan, 900 East Michigan, for a welfare check in a male sleeping in a blue-gray Chevy SUV in the closest spot to Pearl Street. Windows are frosted over, possibly been there for a while. Caller doesn't feel comfortable going up to him to see what he's doing.
