A welfare check at Whole Foods, 1797 Hydraulic Road. Anonymous caller is concerned about a female panhandler there holding a sign with two children. A female in her 30s, black shirt, gray pants, had a baby in a stroller and a smaller child in a chair. And so the kids are on the side of the road and should not be there and is claiming it's illegal for a parent to panhandle with children and against child services laws. So she wanted them checked on.
