Responding to the Holiday Exxon at 1700 Emmett Street North. 1700 Emmett Street North, Holiday Exxon. Complainant, Roxanne, advised that her vehicle broke down. Now she's got a guy that's lingering around, and she's noticed that he seems like he's watching her, and he was hiding over by the KFC trash can. Now he keeps walking back and forth, staring at her. We're trying to get a description now.
