on Chester, we did get... I copy. So, one of the callers that we spoke to stated that he did see the male walking around with a gun, but he did not observe any gunfire or anybody shot, simply that he was waving it around and it appeared to be some sort of heat exchange. Copy.

Real-time footage of the scene showed that one of the vehicles involved crashed at a nearby address after the shooting. Another caller reported that the shooting started at a city parking lot. Officers are responding to check for any evidence.
