Another one man at 22 and Carnegie for a plate that shifted, water was advised. Another one man run at 9th and Superior for a disabled vehicle blocking the roadway. And then a code 2 MVA at 750 Prospect for both parties arguing and fighting over.

His car, the Grand Prix was parked when it happened, and the female in the Jeep is threatening the caller over this, and they're arguing and fighting. Code 2. Okay, we copy. Are we going to be okay for no lunch as well?
