Both cars, 4000 Southern Parkway. 4000 Southern Parkway. Caller says suspicious person, Black male, bald, gray sweats, black shirt, has a drawing on the back of his shirt. He is on a bicycle, throwing rocks. Said he's been trespassed. His name is Norman Stevens, but he goes by Kelly.
