Radio to 424 Baker and 4 Charlie. 4 Baker, both. Both units to the area of 4400 South 2nd Street, 4400 South 2nd. Caller originally came in as a 911 hangup. They got another call for service saying that there's a male out front racking a gun. It's a black male, black shirt, with a gun. He is there with a white female wearing black.
