For my TAC cars in 1, I'm getting a call of a person with a gun over at 200 North Clark Street. 200 North Clark, that's anonymous. However, says that they witnessed a male Black with a gun enter a dark blue Chevy with tinted windows parked underneath the tracks facing eastbound. Frank X-ray 73, 732 67. Frank X-ray 73, 732 67. Comes back clear on a black Chevy.
