Oakland Fire Engine 12 is on scene, 900 Fallon Street, Laney College. It's going to be investigating, establishing Laney command. Be advised, it's reported in the library, which is directly behind Building A at the bottom of the high rise. We're on the 10th Street side. Let's have the next two engines stage behind them. The rest of the units, please level 1 stage.
