13 person just occurred. It's going to be on North 30 Road and Grant Street, just south of. Complainant advising he saw two men pulling a metal covering from a sewage hole. Advising the two subjects are possibly Indian, 30 years of age, wearing dark colored clothing. Going to be about a 10 minute time delay. Also receiving a 14 now, 2411 North 57 Terrace. Caller Rubin wants to speak to an officer. Reference to, he believes that the neighbor left a different bird behind his home. I have no units available, advise.
