We have a 30 delay. It's kind of a 22, 3251 Hollywood Boulevard in the Target Plaza. Caller advised they're chasing a guy who stole his friend's scooter a few weeks ago. The desk advised the caller not to chase the subject. They're advising he's near 01019.
