Time lapse is about two minutes ago with a blue four-door sedan with a tag of Alpha Whiskey 17 Lima Hotel, which is coming back on a blue Hyundai. It was speeding and swerved into oncoming traffic originally. Last seen southbound on Beach Drive at 1914.
