at the pier, 800 2nd Avenue Northeast. 800 2nd Avenue Northeast at the pier. It's being called in by Madison Mitchell, wants to be seen. Complainant's off the pier. Once again, another call from another person out in the water as well. Complainant found a paddle board on it and a gun found on it. There's also a hat found in a backpack on the paddle.
