7, 1069 subject. Thank you, J. 727. 1304 Wind River Circle. Neighbors yelling and shouting outside. It's been an ongoing issue. Be advised, there's a PSI from 1302 on this subject. White female, Laurie Burroughs, DOB 83, 1970, has made threats of suicide by officer. Says she will approach officers with weapons unknown if she has.
