Baker 37, Baker 49. 7901 Bailey Cove Road, Sandramoon Community Complex. They're advising there's two children on red dirt bikes on the backside of this 10-20. They're cutting through the tree line. Advise they almost hit another child. There's also a flag football game that's going on at the field near where they're riding the bikes.
