23. 23, I have a call for a call and assault by threat at 2604 Mira Street. Caller said it was a group of kids that took a lime scooter from his brother and then threatened to shoot him in the head. Caller did not see a weapon. The male was between 12 and 14, wearing black shirt and shorts.
