As someone who lives on this street, they really need to come up with some additional calming measures for both Madison and Monument St. there are always accidents happening at these intersections typically due to limited visibility from people parking on the corner and people speeding. I’ve been in contact with councilman and the DOT and this has yet to be resolved. They did add speed bumps on Kenwood though, but that doesn’t control anything on those main streets.
Who fault is it when she was driving up a one way. Honest question
