Oakland Fire Engine 12. Engine 12. Affirmative, this is 7th Ave and East 8th and not 7th Street. Individual said it's going to be near the canal. It's likely the person who always sets things on fire between Laney College and the freeway. Could be 7th Avenue, but he didn't give a specific location.
