Going to be a check area on an animal complaint. 117 North Main Street, 117 North Main Street at Listill's Coffee Company, cross of Adrian and High Street. Caller's a Nathan Morrison, advising there's a white husky chained up outside that appears to be in distress. He also stated this is an ongoing issue. Caller's seen the dog outside, tied up there multiple times.
