It's going to be in the area of 308 North Broad, Peer Pregnancy Center, cross of Maple and Front. Caller's advising there's a suspicious male there. Looks to be between 17 to 20-years-old. States he put his hood up, put a mask on. He looks to be pulling something out of his backpack. Believes he's possibly trying to break in that building. Unknown weapons, unknown intox. He's described as a possibly Hispanic male wearing a black hoodie, shorts, and a black backpack. Clear.
