3 Adam 51, 1601 Maxwell Street. Reference, a pickup that slammed on their brakes in front of the RP. At first, they turned on all their lights and stayed for a few minutes, then they turned off their lights. They're behind a portable storage container in the RP's front yard. It's going to be a red-lifted single-cap pickup. No driver description. They've been on scene four minutes down, no weapons, unknown DK drug. Copy.
