342, 351, responding on a car prowl in progress, 5508 South 900 East, 5508 South 900 East at the Dollar Tree. Time-lapse of about 5 minutes. There's a male in the parking lot looking in windows of vehicles and to open doors. Male's a 40-year-old Black male, approximately 5 foot, slim-build, last seen wearing a black bucket hat, green shirt, and black pants. He's last seen going into the Dollar Tree. I'll advise if I get additional. 351, I copy.
