Medic Engine 2, go cross. Responding to the Amtrak, 340 South, 600 West on a fall, priority 1. 60-year-old male, conscious breathing, not alert. Patient is intoxicated and fell. Caller's saying that the patient is bleeding, unknown from where. It's still on the ground. Looks like this is from an Amtrak employee.
