At the very end of the stream it seemed like everything had calmed down. Then I saw a flicker of video where someone (I presume the original recorder) was sitting on the ground talking with police and then the stream ended and disappeared.
He was also screaming about his ankle being broken.
So…there was a second video (or at least an audio stream) but it just disappeared. It sounded like the guy who was recording was tackled and maybe even tased (or at least told he would be tased if he didn’t comply). It was hard to follow because there was no video and the audio was breaking up. But at one point he was crying out in pain and asking the police why they were doing what they were doing.
