Units, 3401, 3402, 3404. It's a caller refused via larceny. Just occurred, North Ave and Craigie Street, down at DeWitt. Said there's three unknown-age white males that just stole an e-bike from a house near here. Larceny heading northbound on North Ave towards New Court Street. No weapons, unknown intoxication. Caller's uncooperative with the call taker and disconnected.
