Sicko at Grant and Teo. 452 Grant Boulevard, across of Grant Terrace and Teo Ave. Known for a 49-year-old male who states he was being chased by juveniles, jumped over a fence, and possibly broke his arm. Does not wish to report this. We'll inquire if the police are responding.
