St. Albans unit for check on being, Washington Street. 566, 566, 402 Washington Street, 402 Washington Street, across from Lincoln Avenue. Said there's a white male wearing red, laying on the railroad crossing. Caller said he ran him over, didn't see him. He's going to check on him, not sure what's going on with him.
