Officious person, 6th Avenue. 69. 69, it's going to be intersection of 6th Avenue and 8th Street. Repeating, 6th Avenue and 8th Street. Caller said there's a female, possibly Asian, long dark hair, blue scrubs. She was trying to break into the back door of that location.
