435. With 445, it's a burglary in progress, 1213 Butternut Street. 1213 Butternut, between Knoll and First North. Rachel Pescio is caller. She's a program manager with the Salvation Army. States someone broke into the residence and are refusing to leave. It's apartment 1, mid-20s, white male, blue shirt, camo pants. He's got two kids with him, under the age of 3. Unknown on weapons or intox. 1210.
