We had knives on them. They were walking on Butternut towards Lodi, 1432. Copy, and what's the child's complaint? Well, I've got two. I've got two Black males around 6 years old selling chips at the Dollar General on Butternut, and then I have two 5- or 6-year-olds on bikes with no adults around Easter Low and Pearl under the overpass.
