in the 920 Park Avenue. Caller says this building is vacant and can hear the smoke detector going off inside. Advise there is a burning smell, but this is also possibly related to the rollover accident that happened a little while ago in that same area. Car sheets are 9th and 10th. Time of tone, 1557.
