Engine 1, respond with PD to 800 Park Avenue. Caller said he was on the first floor but refused to give his name or unit number. Saying at first he could smell some smoke in the building but nothing seen. Then was rambling, not making much sense and said he didn't know what the odor was. Couldn't confirm if it was smoke. He did say there were no alarms.
