Any child complaint in progress, 3604 West Genesee Street. 3604 West Genesee Street, Tonic Mills at Starbucks. Caller is Maria Fazio. Two 15 to 16-year-old white females were dropped off at Starbucks. Asking people if a ride home, stated their phones were dead. One last seen wearing a white crop top, gray sweatpants. Second last seen wearing a black tank top and sweatpants, excuse me, leggings. No weapons, no intoxication. They did leave Starbucks and going towards Target.
