Hey, suspicious vehicle in progress. Going to be the south side of the parking lot by the creek. 3657 West Genesee Street, Tom and Camilla's at Target. Caller stating a Subaru, no plates in, and broken windshield in the parking lot. Vehicle usually in the lot with an elderly male. Her caller vehicle has been there for seven weeks now. Male has not been in the vehicle for a couple weeks for the caller, and damage appears to be new.
